Delivery Charges RS. 199 all over Pakistan

Policies

Warranty Policy:

  • Apna Libaas offers one-month fabric and stitching warranty.
  • If the color of the product gets fainted or stitching issues arise within one month of purchase then cash will be refunded after deducting delivery charges and handling cost i.e., 400.

Replacement Policy:

  • In case of replacement customer have to send the product to the Apna Libaas warehouse.
  • Customer has to pay the delivery charges.
  • If the article is replaced with the article having a low price, then the remaining amount will be given back to the customer.
  • If the customer wants a coupon for the remaining amount, then the coupon will be issued which they can use in the future. (Use within 2 months)
  • Once the product is replaced and the customer still wants to replace it but the product is not available in stock then the company has the right to reject the offer. In this case, no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy:

  • If the article replacement is already made, no further Refund will be issued.
  • If a customer receives a damaged item/product, a full refund will be issued after the customer returns the product back to us. (customer has to take an oath that the product was already damaged before reaching into the customer’s hands).
  • If the same product is not delivered which is shown in the pictures and video, the full price will be refunded.
  • If a customer received the product and did not like it, he/she can return the product and the refund will be issued after deducting RS. 199 delivery charges + RS. 400 cost (handling, packing, labor etc.)
  • If the refund request is not made within 3 working days after receiving the parcel, no refund will be issued.
  • Refund will be issued after the product is received by Apna Libaas management at our warehouse address.

Delivery Policy:

  • Delivery charges are RS. 199.
  • Orders Placed on Monday – Friday will be processed on the same day, however, orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday.
  • Orders placed on public holidays and special events will be delivered on the very next working day.
  • Delivery time the 3 – 5 working days.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 Pm will be processed on next working day.
  • Delivery times are estimated and not to be exact.
  • Delivery time Start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Undelivered Parcel Policy:

  • If the parcel is undelivered because of customer negligence. We will put customer’s name/Account on hold.
  • If the customer wants to reship the parcel, then they have to pay additional 200 charges.
  • If the customer wants to place another order in the future, then they have to pay in advance.

NOTE

  • Sale Articles are not eligible for replacement and refund.
  • If any article is being altered on the demand of customer, then this article is not eligible for replacement and refund.
